Shaft (Direct bonding technology)

Materials : Tungsten
Advantage : Separate different material part can be bond into one part without any additional material.
Remark : this technology leads us to manufacture more complicated design parts that are not possible to foam in single shot and different material combination. The above SEM image shows the strength verification result. It is confirmed the strength of bonding part is high enough since the breaking point is not at the joint section.

Part name : Dissimilar material joining part
Materials : Stainless steel, magnetic material, Titanium etc.
Size : Smallest part Φ20 μm
Advantage : Metal part and rubber part has to be joined together, by making reverse taper micro pillars such as on the picture, the anchoring effect will strengthen bond strength physically.
Characteristic : Reverser taper shape, which is impossible to realise with other manufacturing technology
