Advantage : With free-form surface, it is not suitable for serial production by CNC machining. We accept secondary process (mirror polishing).

Shaft (Direct bonding technology)

Materials : Tungsten
Advantage : Separate different material part can be bond into one part without any additional material.
Remark : this technology leads us to manufacture more complicated design parts that are not possible to foam in single shot and different material combination. The above SEM image shows the strength verification result. It is confirmed the strength of bonding part is high enough since the breaking point is not at the joint section.
