Our measurement X-ray CT obtains complete 3-dimensional data, including the internal structure. The general gear grade evaluation, e.g., pitch error, tooth thickness, tooth type/tooth line error, tooth surface error, etc. the 3D data can be compared and verified with CAD data. Furthermore, the movement simulation after assembly is also available.

Remarks: This laval nozzle has gradient diameter shape as shown in the image of cross section. It is difficult to manufacture by machining possibly by EDM, ECM, laser process or MIM. Producing MIM can manufacture various shape nozzles with tight tolerance.
