Titanium Ti propeller

µ-MIM® technology uses the world-leading fine Ti or Ti alloy powder, thus the tightest tolerance requirement in powder metallurgy industry and low surface roughness will be achieved as sintered. Also, we deploy a high vacuum debinding-sintering system, therefore high productivity is realised.
In small complicated parts production, a secondary process is applicable in many cases, however, µ-MIM® will form the side hole or any other complicated design without a post-machining process.

Remarks:This nozzle made by 17-4PH (SS630) is applied in semiconductor industry. Due to the design and tolerance requirement, it needed to change the CNC machining chuck several times during a process, the component cost was expensive. The customer has evaluated the productivity, tolerance, and quality, which led them to choose our MIM production.
