Micro internal helical gear

Advantage: Realising manufacturing of micro gears impossible with CNC machining
Characteristics: Internal helical gear with the teeth formed till the edge

Remarks: This gear is mainly used in industrial machines and its inner diameter is less than 10mm. This size range of gear with internal teeth design is difficult to manufacture by CNC machine. Moreover, even the gears over 10mm diameter, it is said the maximum production capacity of CNC machining is 30,000-50,000 pieces per month while our micro MIM can produce up to 1,000,000 pieces per month. The internal helical gear with the teeth formed till the bottom, as shown in picture, it is impossible to realise with machining since the tool cannot reach the bottom in case the bottom side has a lit. On the other hand, our μ-MIM can offer wider gear design option with tight tolerance (e.g. this internal gear tolerance is < 0.05 mm).

Riverse taper micro structure

Advantage: Metal part and rubber part has to be joined together, by making reverse taper micro pillars such as on the picture, the anchoring effect will strengthen bond strength physically.
Characteristic: Reverser taper shape, which is impossible to realise with other manufacturing technology
